Parts are made from a plaster-like material that has been infilitrated with epoxy to give it strength. Z310 Printer Specifications: Build Size: 8" x 10" x 8" Layer Thickness (Z axis): .0035" (.089mm) Resolution (X-Y axis): 300 x 450 dpi File Formats: STL, VRML, 3DS, PLY We can print a minimum wall thickness of 0.040". Please consult with us about smaller features. 3D Printed parts can be sanded, drilled, machined, painted and even metal plated. Parts can also be printed in variety of materials with properties ranging from structurally rigid ABS plastic to a more rubber like elastometric consistency. Material data sheets are available upon request. We can also arrange to have parts printed in high-fidelity 24 bit color allowing you to produce full color models for better representation of assemblies, improved engineering labeling, accurate FEA data output, and vibrant product coloring.
