CNC Machining

We offer cost effective CNC services for part sizes up to 11" x 5" x 5" in a variety of materials.  CNC machining is an economical way to prototype and replicate small metal parts for a variety of applications.

Our CNC Mill is a 4-Axis mill which means we can offer precision machined round components, and 3D components as well. 

Our CAM software also supports two sided machining allowing us to machine both the top and bottom of a part with ease.

Here is an example of a small enclosure made using two-sided machining as a master part for a mold.  Overall dimensions are only 2" x 2" x 0.9".
