We utilize state of the art 3D CAD/CAM software to help you capture your product concepts and rough sketches in a format that can be transfered directly into physical parts. Most products are a combination of plastic parts, metal parts, and off the shelf parts and assemblies. Our capabilities allow us to design for rapid prototyping to accomodate all of these.
Electronic Design
If your product idea has an electronic component, we can design, build, test, and manufacture it for you. We have expertise in design for manufacturability, so your prototype can easily be transfered into high volume manufacturing when the need arises.
Software Design
Many electronic products today utilize embedded microprocessors or microcontrollers in their designs which require embedded software to operate. We can design, code, and test this embedded software for you.
If your product requires application software, no problem! We can handle that too.
Project Management
Not sure where to begin? We can work one on one with you to manage your product development project from start to finish with the goal of delivering a high quality working prototype quickly and economically. The result will be a product that can be manufactured in limited quantities without paying for expensive tooling. This allows you to test your market without excessive capital expenditures
