When the time comes to manufacture your product, you want to be assured that it can be manufactured in small quantities for customer evaluations, marketing demos, and testing. Even if the volumes will eventually be very large, tooling and manufacturing transfer takes time.
We take this into account from the very beginning, during the prototyping phase. Our plastic and urethane casting and molding techniques easily transfer into short run production of a few hundred parts. Our CNC milling routines can economically reproduce low quantities of production quality small metal and plastic machined parts as well.
