ReVibe Connect was designed as a more premium version of ReVibe Classic, adding more functionality and an updated aesthetic to better compete among other IoT wearables.

Touchstone 3D performed mechanical design iterations to look at different options for how the band and electronics would interact with one another. The designs were evaluated based on the use-case scenario, mechanical reliability, ease of use, and manufacturability.

Our industrial designers looked at the target market, competitor products, and ReVibe’s current products to iterate on the aesthetic design. The result... a sleek and compact design that looks like a watch, but has completely unique functionality.

The final enclosure design featured a custom, illuminated interface, splash resistance, an easy-to-access charging port, and an interchangeable band.
