Our prototyping technicians worked to divide the model of Stan Lee into 3D printable pieces, and printed them using our FDM printers. The sections were then pieced together and were finished by hand.

Our team developed a custom spring to allow for adjustability in the head bobble as well as for re-positioning of the head based on it's center of gravity.

The model was assembled, but was also designed to be easy to disassemble. This allowed for the bobblehead to more easily be transported without getting damaged.
